Senior Product Support Developer

To provide the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to modify and repair technical issues and resolve problems for Akcelerant's customers utilizing SQL, JavaScript, ASP.net and VB.net. Recommend changes in software to improve user functionality and eliminate problems. Assist in implementations as needed. Perform software installations and upgrades. Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from beginning to end of any established case, issue or concern. Mentor other Product Support Developers.
Must have experience with SQL, JavaScript, ASP.net, and VB.net. Hiring requirements: drug screen/background check.
A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field and 2 years of software programming experience.
OR
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or related and 5 years of software programming experience.
