JJMA Technologies JJMA Technologies designs highly complex and innovative science technologies with a focus on the finalization of their first flagship product, the MagnaCrane.
JJMA operates out of the company engineering facility and warehouse, where the physical design takes place, inventory is managed, and all computer systems are operated.
The new hire will be working directly under and reporting to the Chief Engineering Officer, Mr.

This role is best suited for an applicant who is seeking to deepen their understanding of electrical system technologies, IT, inventory/manufacturing supply chain management, and facility/site management.

Priority for candidate selection.
Candidates should be proficient with organizing, labeling and Microsoft Office (including some clerical and organizational tasks).
There are two(2) Local Area Networks the candidate will maintain the business LAN consisting of 4 office computers, and 3 printers.
The other LAN used in the Network of Controllers in the MagneCrane main body.
Large focus on maintenance of firmware and software updates.
The local area networks of the product features one(1) manageable switch and 2 unmanageable switches.

data entry, and organization of on site supplies into the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
A series of professional 1 on 1 training sessions will be made available via the team at HENNING SOFTWARE (https:

Post training the new hire is expected to develop systems and a basic manual for ongoing maintenance.
Leveraging the ERP software to manage the companies orders and on site component organization.

Continuity checking, specification checking.
Testing is extremely detail oriented and will be done in tandem and under the tutelage of the Chief Engineering Officer.
Candidate will assist with ensuring that all actions are responding and that terminal blocks/points on the field have continuity/are connected.

Light hands-on assembly experience is recommended but not required.
Basic Physical Construction and familiarity with machine shop work.
Candidate will be assisting with safely moving components and assembling the already completed components of the MagnaCrane, as well as ongoing renovation and improvement of physical design ? Basic painting of hardware components for distinguishment.
Candidate will also be expected to keep the facility organized, and assist with general cleanup/housekeeping.
Job Hours & Compensation ? depending on weekly projects and availability of the Chief Engineering Officer (with an opportunity to increase hours part time, or potentially to full time, depending on regular interval performance reviews).
First performance review after 30 days, quarterly thereafter.

On site hours will mostly occur between 10am and 5pm.
However these hours are subject to change on an ongoing basis depending on active project(s).
Candidate ? may be expected to work one evening session per week.
Friday and Saturday can also be expected to be longer focused working hours ? , to be refined dependent on training:

30pm to 10pm for 3 weeks.
Upon successful completion of training a new hourly schedule will be designed with a split of solo on site hours, and working directly and alongside the Chief Engineering Officer.
