The ideal candidate will greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and provide exceptional customer service.

Training will be provided upon onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner Answer all incoming phone calls with a professional and pleasant demeanor Schedule and reschedule patient appointments Register new patients and update patient information in our EMR Verify patient insurance eligibility and retrieve referrals and vision authorizations Review charges for accuracy, reconcile charges and payments, and collect payment Work with clinical department to help resolve scheduling conflicts Take clear and accurate messages and distribute to appropriate personnel throughout the day Be knowledgeable about our doctors, services, locations, etc.
