Analyst 3 - Laboratory Quality Control

Job Description:
This is a 50/50 split role between two groups but within the same function. Below are details for each role:
General requirements for the role:
Excellent communications skills requiredExcellent time management and organizational skills requiredTrack record of being able to multi-taskPrevious GxP experience preferredPrevious inventory management experience preferred (Maximo would be an example)Familiarity with Biovia or LIMs software preferred
Responsibilities:
Biovia Equipment Tasks (50%)o Metrology event alignment between groups.I get an error list daily with the events that won't update to OneLab because of a mismatch among the instruments in the type. This most often occurs because one or more instruments have a different interval.There is a list for event addition and event synchronization.o New equipment addition.A daily readout of Maximo provides a list of equipment missing from OneLab.The list needs to be cleaned before any instruments can be imported to OneLab.o Curation of EquipmentDecommissioned instruments need to be inactivated in OneLab.Most importantly is decommissioned child equipment.o Metrology correctionsWhen a new event is created in Maximo with a different description or different event type, that becomes a new event in OneLab. The old event will not update and can't be removed. The old event now will need to be manually updated forever to not interfere with the current events.Client CAL Support (50%)o Manage analytical equipment related to Cal Lab in M11Schedule and host vendor visits for repairs and calibration activityCommunicate with Client Team on instrument related itemsObtain quotes and purchase vendor contracts on equipmentWork within Maximo system for scheduling and work order activitiesAssist with onboarding of new assets and decommissioning of retired systemsManage pipets within the laboratoryAbout US Tech Solutions:
