Role:
Tech Lead - Generative AI Location:
Onsite / 100 Vanguard Boulevard, Malvern, Pennsylvania o Spearhead, plan, and coordinate a suite of cutting-edge Generative AI projects to lead their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
o Orchestrate advanced AI products within the project scope, ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams and workstreams.
o Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
o Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and prioritization plans.
o Assist product owners in developing outcome-based roadmaps, aligning project goals with strategic outcomes.
o Support technical owners in benchmarking tools, providing insights on tool selection and implementation.
o Coordinate the RFP/RFI process with Sourcing partners for vendor/product selection, focusing on Generative AI technologies.
o Supervise project planning during discovery phases, ensuring a robust understanding of AI technologies and their business implications.
o Play a key role in bridging technical and business aspects of AI projects, ensuring that the scopes are feasible, aligned with technical capabilities' roadmap, market maturity, and targeted towards tangible business values.
Skills and
Qualifications:
o 15
years of Program/Project management experience in software development of AI, with a preference for the latest experience in Generative AI/LLM projects and leading cross-functional teams.
