The ideal candidate should have ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, be able to maintain confidentiality, and effectively communicate with high level executives.
A positive, pleasant attitude and ability to take initiative will work well in this position as well as attitude that no task is too small to handle.
RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule meetings Arrange travel via travel agent Send out Monthly/Quarterly/Annually K-1s Communicate with Board members and staff regarding scheduling in person meetings Maintain internal contact lists Initiate bank wires both international and domestic Purchase office supplies, snacks and beverages QUALIFICAITONS Proficient in Microsoft Office -- Work, Excel, Powerpoint Zoom meeting ability - schedule and conduct Responsible and reliable Discreet Experience working for high level executive Strong interpersonal skills WEEKLY SCHEDULE Very flexible part time position for 20 hours per week.
Work with partner to establish days and time for weekly work schedule.
