We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.
We are looking for a self-directed, detail orientated, hardworking team player for our Front Desk Call Center.
You will need to be able to handle several incoming calls while working on other tasks.
Speed, accuracy and a pleasant phone voice are vital to this position.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is highly motivated with a willingness to learn.
If you are mature, responsible and have the right attitude, we are happy to train! Job Duties:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls and route them accordingly Must be able to handle multiple phone lines and calls simultaneously Schedule appointments for our customers Make a high volume of outgoing calls to confirm consultations, installations and other items with our clients daily and as needed Process customer payments through electronic processing and our database Maintain customer records by updating account information in our database Forward paperwork efficiently throughout departments Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results as needed Skills and
Qualifications:
Problem Solving Self Directed, we know what needs to be done we need you to take the reins and do it! Documentation Skills Data Entry Professional phone etiquette and demeanor Conflict Resolution; handle difficult situations and think on your feet to address client needs Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Able to utilize Microsoft Word & Excel Must be able to pass a criminal background check (Required) Work closely with other members of Customer Service team and maintain a positive work environment
