Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts - Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods - Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed - Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the bakery
Experience:
- Previous experience as a baker in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines - Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members Note:
