Strategic Retirement Consultings Participant Engagement Consulting team is looking for a Communication Consultant.
The role will provide opportunities to:

Consult with, motivate, and influence clients to drive positive outcomes by using data and thought leadership to identify key opportunities while demonstrating a deep knowledge of the Participant Experience, Vanguard solutions, and the plan sponsors unique needs.

Develop strategies that balance the needs of the client, participant, and business and oversee the implementation and measurement of the strategies.

Present the Strategic Retirement Consulting value story to Vanguard clients and sales prospects.
In this role, you will:

Ensure external clients have high awareness of the benefits and value of the Vanguard participant experiences.
Present updates on evolution of participant experience.

Provide consultation to address business area's external client communication needs.
Develop cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and events that are aligned to business outcomes.
Assess and enhance impact on target external client audience.

Partner with business area to ensure needs are addressed, best practice solutions are identified, and delivery of expectations is within scope and capacity.

Determine efficient means to deliver key external client communication deliverables.
Provide clear objectives to resources to guide creative development.
Capture key metrics and measure the effectiveness of external client communication solutions.
Identify trends for future application.

Identify areas for improvement to enhance the efficacy of communications and its ability to deliver on business objectives.

Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What it takes:

A passion for working with external clients (including retirement plan sponsors, consultants, and vendors) and excellent relationship management skills.

An ability to interpret data, and to define and measure results.

Be a strategic thinker who can problem solve, while balancing multiple priorities through strong judgement and time management skills.

Be consultative and influential with plan sponsors and internal collaborators to drive positive outcomes.

Experience, or solid understanding of the Retirement Plan industry preferred
Minimum five years related work experience, two years within Financial Services industry or function preferred.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Graduate degree preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
