IAM Engineer

This is a 12 month contract with Vanguard.
Onsite Hybrid 3 days and 2 days remote.
No visa - no H1B.
Job Summary Provide administrative access to technology platforms such as operating systems, databases, or infrastructure components within a production environment.
Perform administration on workstations (e.
g.
, installing/uninstalling applications, changing operating systems configuration and operating system maintenance).
Execute privileged commands.
Completes access security requests to grant, update or remove employees and contractors systems access.
For example, requests are for privileged access and credentials.
Analyzes the security impact of each request, identifies approvals needed and determines the appropriate approach to complete the request.
Maintains effective service relationships with business units by keeping them informed of the status of their access requests and tickets, and provides non-technical answers to access questions.
Meets team and departmental service levels and objectives.
Resolves Tier 2 and 3 technical issues (simple to semi-complex in nature) to determine root cause and implements corrective action.
Recognizes when to escalate and uses it as an opportunity to increase knowledge and acumen.
Accountable for meeting quality, productivity and service standards.
Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of access administration processes and procedures.
Applies risk management knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness of access administration.
Participates in project support related to access provisioning and improving current workflows.
Ensures data integrity for access information that enables accurate identity and access management provisioning.
Assists internal employees and contractors in increasing their awareness of IAM policy and standards.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Education Knowledge of ServiceNow, SailPoint, ID Vault, JIRA, PowerShell, Active Directory, LDAP, CyberArk and other business applications.
Familiarity with technology and security concepts (AD, UNIX, ORACLE DB2 Platform Provisioning) Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent combination of training and experience Security administration experience preferred Strong client relationship management skills - support line/help desk experience Analytical and strong problem resolution skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Recommended Skills Active Directory Group Administration Analytical Communication Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
