Introduce self & our workshop.
Start table together.
Tend to assigned table during workshops.
Follow the guidance of the lead instructor to keep their table on track to finish their projects in a reasonable time.
Give suggestions on paint color combinations (as requested), guidance on technique and overall encouragement.
Be the direct point of contact with the guests at your table and help them through the steps of their project(s).
Pre-event:
Get an aqua apron, water bucket for brushes and check stencils, wood, and set up.
Greet customers as they come in.
Post-event:
Ensure all materials are stored in designated areas, tools are placed on chargers, work tables are reset, floors are swept and trash is removed, per closing checklist.
Take pictures of guests with completed projects (with ARW iPad and with guest's phone, upon request).
Encourage everyone at your table to post pictures on Facebook and Instagram.
Assist with retail purchases, as needed.
We are also hoping that this person can be someone reliable to lean on to assist in running some day to day tasks for the shop, including workshop prep, selling retail during workshop hours, giving information for private events etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
