Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer (2) (3) Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
Knowledge and ability to apply problem solving approaches and engineering theoryKnowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
Knowledge of complex field test equipment4-7 years of professional engineering experience (1) (3) (See Note).
Broad knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes methods, practices, and advanced engineering principles necessary to perform very complex or unique assignments for a specificMinimum of two related career experiences (4) (i.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
