The position will be based out of Malvern, PA.
This position plays an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology and its supporting framework to deliver business transformation.
The continuous improvement manager will assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our organization.
In this role, you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, automation and teams to ensure continuous company performance.
Salary starting at $90,00 Depending on Experience Continuous Improvement Manager
Responsibilities:
Function as internal consultant resource for corporate leadership towards the fulfillment of critical business objectives Identify, facilitate, and execute improvement projects fulfilling key breakthrough objectives Development, upkeep, and analysis of productivity data Implementation and maintenance of daily continuous improvement management processes & systems across multiple facilities Serve as an active operations leader & resource on the production floor up to 60% of the time Developing process enhancement strategies by LOB.
Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.
Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.
Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.
Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
Expectation to travel to multiple sites up to 30% of the time Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, process management, or operations.
A graduate degree in business or MBA would be beneficial.
Six Sigma Green / Black Belt preferred Five years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
