OverviewThis is a hybrid role - 3 days remote and 2 days in the Malvern, PA office.
CubeSmart seeks a Contact Center Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence department at its Malvern, PA headquarters.
Reporting to the Director of Analytics and Business Insights, the Contact Center Data Analyst will utilize call and customer data to drive strategic recommendations for the sales center, operations, and marketing teams at CubeSmart.

Responsibilities Timely and accurate analysis and reporting on performance trends and opportunities related to overall Sales Center results and teammate activities Conduct monthly reviews of results and manage an action plan to address areas of concern Design, develop, and automate reporting to support the Sales Center in the development of processes and metrics in pursuit of company initiatives Analysis of staffing, payroll and other operational results as needed Create and improve existing operational reports, presentations, and databases to better meet the organizational needs Provide analytical support to develop and update annual Sales Center strategic business plans Perform ad hoc analysis for Operational leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or another similar field Two or more years' experience performing operational analysis, preferably for a Call Center in a retail or real estate environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in data analysis with ability to manipulate large datasets and to distill them into thoughtful conclusions Proficiency with Excel, including the extensive use of advanced formulas, and formatting/charting features Experience with SQL, or analytical tools such as R, Python, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
