Malvern, PA Malvern, PA 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Job Title Healthcare Contracts Specialist Job Description Healthcare Contracts Specialist - Malvern, PA The Contracts Specialist will systematically and efficiently manage contracts (creation and execution) and ensure maximizing commercial and operational performance.
Your role:
Maintain health care contract implementations and follow up.
Proactively assess fee schedule or contract changes and maintain relationships with payers to help resolve issues and contract disputes.
Build and establish new Payers and Practices in Soarian Financials that impact key aspects of the business from Sales to Finance.
Enroll payers and health plans for claims and ERA enrollment.
Proactively assess payer needs and changes throughout the industry.
Work with multiple teams throughout Revenue Cycle Management to address issues and payer related questions.
Understanding of Variances, Payer Contracts, Fee Schedules, and Expected Reimbursement.
Understanding of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle and the healthcare insurance industry is preferred.
Soarian Financials experience is a plus, but not required.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 2
years of experience in the healthcare domain.
Your skills include knowledge of reimbursement, fee schedules, payers, health plans and health care contracts.
You have a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare Administration.
You're a detailed oriented, analytical person, with excellent collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
