This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with room reservations and changes, as well as billing and payment processes Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with other duties as assigned by management Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
