Why work as a Per Diem Staffing Coordinator with Main Line Health? Make an Impact! Project SEARCH is an educational and work transition program for those with cognitive and/or physical disabilities.
As the Program Manager, you will coordinate program activities and serve as the classroom instructor for this community collaboration that enables individuals living with disabilities to gain and maintain employment through training and job experience.
You will manage a team of Job Coaches and develop business plans and financial projections for Project SEARCH.
Be a leader and mentor in this amazing program and made a difference in the development of the Project SEARCH interns! Develop and Grow Your Career! Invest in furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.
Get Involved! Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Committees, work with the Director of Patient Experience, Interns, Peer Mentors, Department Managers, and Project SEARCH Staff members.

Full Time, 40 hours/week - 8 hour Day shift with flexibility
Experience:
1.
2 years of experience working with and demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in working with individuals living with physical and/or cognitive disabilities preferred 2.
Demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in managing and coordinating special events preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree minimum required.
Licensures/Certifications:
