As Needed Monday-Friday (8 hour Day and Evening Shifts available)
Experience:
Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy settingEducation:
1Graduate of a physical therapy program is required2BS required; Master's or Doctorate preferredLicensures/Certifications:
1Current PA Physical Therapy license2Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire3Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable)Additional Information Requisition ID:
