Summary:

Working closely with our Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of our projects, maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere on-site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Support the Superintendent in organizing and managing the worksite, coordinating material deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
Assist in adhering to and managing project schedules, facilitating seamless progress for both in-house staff and trade partners.
Ensure the job is ready for each trade prior to their arrival for an optimal working environment that enables that trade to complete their work.
Review trade checklist with each trade at the start of their work and conduct ongoing inspections to ensure checklists are completed and executed to our standards.
Collaborate closely with team members and trade partners, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere on-site.
Embrace the challenges and rewards of hands-on construction work, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
Utilize your expertise in plan reading and technical application to ensure accurate implementation of architectural plans and drawings.
Learn and apply our established procedures and construction details to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized worksite, overseeing material management and deliveries.
Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; and a minimum of 5 years of construction-related education or experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically demanding role in various weather conditions.
Extensive experience with hand and power tools, including proficiency in their proper use and maintenance.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
