One of our clients has a brand-new opportunity for a Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in the Malvern, PA area.
They are looking for a well-spoken professional, who has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This Technician will be supporting Lenovo laptops and a mix of network printers, supporting 2,200 end users both onsite and remote.
This candidate should be familiar supporting Windows 10 - 11 as well as the ServiceNow ticketing system.
This role will also be working with IMAC - receiving equipment, unboxing, and deploying (set up, breakdown).
They will also be responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users, as well as track returns documenting everything in the ticket.
This Technician may be required to do some additional asset management as needed.
This role will require a candidate to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Leadership experience required, must be proactive Comptia A
(required), or 90 days after hire Lenovo warranty certifications a plus MS Office O365 experience SCCM and autopilot imaging experience Must be detailed and process oriented Able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status Self-motivated, accountable with a can do attitude Familiar with break-fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc.
Good trouble shooting skills both HW and software Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
