Billing Administrator job family is to ensure the smooth operation of the Service business, by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of case/work order closure, invoices, and cost assignment to customer contracts where appropriate. This family is focused on recognizing revenue and billing, and works collaboratively with the wider organization to ensure we provide exceptional service to our customers To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the followingHigh school diploma or GED equivalent (required), Bachelor's degree (a plus)Minimum of 1 year of reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, collections and/or Accounts Receivable in medical billing experienceRevenue cycle management experience with insurance companies (a plus)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mailing systemsStrong verbal communication with internal/external partnersIndependent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing experience (a plus)US work authorization is a precondition of employment.The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
