Compensation Analyst

Qualifications:
Relevant working experience in Compensation with a strong understanding of compensation-related topics, particularly in the United States.
Proven track record of supporting compensation concepts and programs.
Experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation modules.
Demonstrated ability to exercise solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and knowledge.
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certifications are preferred.
Experience working in an international environment and collaborating in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Responsibilities:
Analyze competitive data for target labor markets and propose solutions to compensation challenges.
Analyze data, generate reports, and contribute to projects related to employee compensation.
Collaborate closely with the Americas Compensation team and cooperate with the Global Compensation team to implement and communicate global and local compensation programs.
Support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from local legacy HRIS systems to a global Workday platform.
Partner with HR Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Assist in the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business, specifically the Workday platform.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
