To provide the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to modify and repair technical issues. Run queries, debug and troubleshoot problems. Perform software installations and upgrades. Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via internal case management system. Develop new tools for internal use that facilitate various daily tasks. Work closely with members of the Customer Care and Product Support teams to provide efficient and consistent resolutions for customers. 1 year of web development experience. Must have experience with SQL, Reporting Services, Visual Studio and JavaScript. Hiring requirements: drug screen/background check.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
