DescriptionOur client, a prominent financial organization known for their stability, offering world class customer service, and being highly ethical is seeking a Corporate Facilities Occupancy and Space Planner. This is a long-term, contract position that offers you the chance to work in a very professional and team oriented environment and with one of the world's leading investment management companies in Malvern, PA.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to develop and manage key client relationships while providing services related to the planning and moves of thousands of employees/contractors. The primary responsibility is to take vendor furniture plans and integrate them into the facilities management applications (FM Systems). Update existing furniture drawings, may include updating tables that describe the space planning (occupied vs. non-occupied). Other responsibilities include; inspect the work areas affected by move planning to ensure that current locations and office availability at destination locations is accurately reflected, provide space planning services for clients to assist in the proper placement of furniture. Produce and maintain AutoCAD pdf drawings and floor plans, import files and update and maintain parameters that describe different spaces in FM: Systems (CAFM).

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
37.5 hour work week
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Facility Management, Interior Design or related field preferred
Must have at least 3-5 years of design/facilities related work experience with at least 3 years related specifically to space planning and design in a large corporate complex or campus.
Must have knowledge of, and be proficient in both AutoCAD 2013, FM:Systems and related software (CAFM) in addition to all general office applications (MS Office)
Knowledge of Lotus Notes (e-mail) preferred but not required

Must have reliable transportation as local travel involved on consistent basis
