The candidate will perform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development and help develop, qualify and validate characterization methods. The candidate will also provide technical project support, participate in cross-functional teams and present data to technical teams. The individual will be expected to maintain laboratory notebooks in a GLP compliant manner, prepare technical memos and help draft protocols, reports and SOPs.
Qualifications
B.S. degree with at least 1 year of HPLC/MS experience is required
Industry experience is preferred
Hands-on laboratory experience with biochemical (LC, mass spectrometry) for protein characterization is required
Experience with gel and/or capillary electrophoresis for protein characterization is preferred
GMP / GLP experience is preferred
The successful candidate must have excellent communication, verbal and written, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment is also required
