Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, management, or related field. Minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resources with a strong working knowledge of benefits and compensation administration. SPHR, GPHR, PHR, CCP, CCB or CEBS certification highly preferred. Solid understanding of benefit plan principles related to medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, as well as 401(k) plan administration, healthcare reform, FMLA, HIPAA regulations, IRS rules and regulations,. Experience leading compensation and benefits design changes. Strong knowledge and experience managing 401(k) and deferred compensation plans.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
