Our client is looking for a Benefits & Compensation Manager, $80-$90K - Great Valley Area. This Benefits & Compensation Manager will set the strategy for the design, implementation and delivery of well integrated compensation plan, benefits and overall total rewards programs, marrying employee needs with the overall Company strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, management, or related field. Minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resources with a strong working knowledge of benefits and compensation administration. SPHR, GPHR, PHR, CCP, CCB or CEBS certification highly preferred. Solid understanding of benefit plan principles related to medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, as well as 401(k) plan administration, healthcare reform, FMLA, HIPAA regulations, IRS rules and regulations,. Experience leading compensation and benefits design changes. Strong knowledge and experience managing 401(k) and deferred compensation plans.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
