Kindercamp Counselor

Upper Main Line Y: Camp UMLY- Want to be a stunning superhero? How about a determined detective or intrepid explorer? This summer, help make a meaningful difference in a child's life while having a fun at the same time! Day Camp needs fun-loving and enthusiastic staff to work with campers, age 3 to 5. Every day on our 54-acre campus, you can lead children in activities like sports, nature exploration, swimming, art, archery and more! Then head on an adventure with our special event themes, like Superheroes, Sherlock Holmes and Frontier Trail. This is an exciting summer job for teachers and college students who enjoy working with children in the outdoors. Plus, staying local keeps your nights and weekends free, so you can enjoy your summer too!
Positions available: counselors and senior counselors.
Season runs from June 16th until August 22nd, but you may be able to start sooner. Hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Qualifications:
Must be available to work for nine weeks, between 6/16 and 8/22.
Senior counselors must have HS diploma /GED and at least one year related experience.
Counselors must have completed must have childcare/babysitting experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
