We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and energetic aquatic leader to join the Upper Main Line YMCA for the position of Aquatics Director.

Under the direction of the Senior Aquatic Director, and consistent with the Mission of the YMCA, the
Aquatics Safety Director
(Program Director I) will be responsible for training, scheduling and supervision of all Lifeguards working at the Upper Main Line YMCA. In addition, the incumbent will oversee all record keeping and all other files required by Ellis and Associates.
Position
Summary:
Responsibilities include supervision of aquatic safety programming, life guards for on-site swimming pools, assisting with other aquatic activities. Proven skill in aquatic staff training, leadership and supervision, safety and risk management expertise, and relationship building is needed to be successful in this position. Seeking a team player who is flexible with work schedule as evening and weekend coverage will be required. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential!
Starting hiring rate is $33,517 based in scope of position and experience.
Education/Experience Requirements
:
Bachelor degree preferred, or 3 years of aquatic management experience. Ellis Trainer Certification preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
