CubeSmart seeks to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail Recruiter) at its Malvern, PA headquarters. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, an understanding of the company's organizational structure and strategic goals, as well as an extensive knowledge of company policy and federal, state, and local laws regarding employment practices. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for our retail locations.

Responsibilities
Execute full life cycle recruiting activities relating to screening, interviewing, assessing, and selection for retail positions
Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities to include, but not be limited to:
market research (job fairs, job boards, etc.), identifying candidate sources, cold calling, recruiting calls, and networking events
Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent
Partner with and coach hiring managers on best recruiting practices and policies and provide guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates for interview
Conduct research and develop strategies for best practices and process improvements.
Develop and implement creative and non-traditional sourcing strategies for open positions including:
research, networking, social media, cold-calling, memberships and organization affiliations; and utilizing the internet and various job board tools to locate high potential candidates.
Evaluate the screening, hiring, and on-boarding processes for inconsistencies and gaps identified for continual process improvements
Negotiate offers and initiate the on boarding process for new hires.
Manage site recruiting media campaigns, including methods, content and distribution
Negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas to hiring managers
Maintain HRIS and applicant tracking system and compile reports as needed
Manage own workload to ensure a best in class recruitment service is delivered
Recommend, coordinate and participate in hiring events such as job fairs, external recruiting and other networking events
Assist in the development of employer of choice branding
Assists HR director with various research projects and/or special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or similar degree required
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a high volume, retail recruiting function
A sound understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g., job profiling, sourcing, selection, and assessment)
Exceptional customer service experience and strong attention to detail
Must be detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrates a professional, articulate and self-motivated demeanor with strong organization, strategic problem solving, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Experience communicating with, and interviewing, candidates at all levels
Working within a fast paced environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure with multiple vacancies
Excellent prioritizing and organization skills
Ability to work independently within a team environment, using own initiative and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence
Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, and present and sell candidates to the business
Must have prior experience with an HRIS database (iCIMS preferred) with PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and related Packages

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
