Community Support Supervisor

Supervisors take a hands-on approach in managing and mentoring a team of Agents whilepromoting a culture of inclusiveness and growth.

This role requires that you work a minimum of either 5 days per week/8 hours per day or 4 days per week/10 hours per day shift between the hours of 12:
00AM - 11:
59PM any day of the week including at least one weekend day (possibly both) based on business needs as well as holidays Manage a team of 15-20 Technical Customer Support Agents through effective 1:
1 meeting, coaching, and mentorship for the achievement of performance goals Review and analyze metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvements and consistently exceed call center goals Develop and implement departmental goals, monitor and evaluate against pre-set goals to resolve performance behaviors as needed Partner with other teams and leaders to drive improvement Communicate with other departments on a consistent basis to identify, track and resolve technical issues Write and conduct performance evaluations as well as monitor attendance and performance Assist with hiring and developing talent that raises the bar Support, communicate, and live Amazon and Ring principles Quickly resolve neighbor escalated issues, identify trends and root causes to enhance operational excellence.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
